3 - Every 40 minutes get up in your space and take a rest for 5 minutes.
4 – Talk to your family, peers and makes it clear that you do not exist while you’re working. You need to do and make you understand that working at home should be like going to work outside the home even when you’re inside. (Which only interrupt you for emergencies)
5 - If you try listening to music than singing, but instrumental. Instrumental music does go with the pace of work and the work becomes much more bearable and beautiful.
